Monocacy Valley Montessori Public Charter School

Listed below are supplies that your child will use during the school year in the instructional program at MVMPCS.  We appreciate your support in providing these materials for your child.  However, if you are unable to purchase any of these supplies, please contact the principal or other staff member at the school.

Primary General Supply List
(PK 3, PK4 & Kindergarten)

• Backpack (large enough to hold folders) for daily use labeled with child’s name
• Change of clothes-shirt, pants, socks and underwear in a plastic bag labeled with your child’s name
• 1 box of tissues
• 1 Pair of Fiskars scissors
• 1 box of Crayola crayons (16 or 24, not fat or washable) 
• 1 package #2 pencils (plain preferred)
• 2 vinyl pocket folders (no prongs, not the trapper kind) labeled with child’s name in permanent marker (one for Thursday Folder; one for Daily Reader Folder) **Returning children can use folders from previous year.

Optional

• Container of disinfecting wipes for use by adults
• 1 pack of baby wipes
• Pack of 8 ½” x11” white copy paper
• Disposable Camera with 24 pictures labeled with child’s name on top
